Whitten's Market Comments:

The market for residential land is soft. Until we absorb the lots that are on the ground there will not be any new developments occuring. The market for multi-family land is hot. Retail land is hot in select areas but soft in most areas of D/FW. The Metroplex needs to continue to produce jobs and North Texas will continue to thrive. I hope I am wrong but 2008 may be a challenge.
